Family resort Valamar Luna Resort*** is situated next to the sea, about ten minutes pleasant walk away from the city of Porec. It is primarily intended for the families with children and those who want to have an active holiday.

This year Valamar Luna Resort Hotel welcomes its guests renewed. All rooms, corridors and the restaurant are renewed and, from the season 2008, the hotel offers a lot of facilities: wellness zone with saunas and relax rooms, sport bar, outdoor multifunctional sports ground, mini club and children play-room. In children club, intended for under 14-years-old children, children enjoy playing with each other, puppet-shows, Indian, pirate, Roman days etc. All the time children drink juices and non-alcoholic drinks for free from drink dispenser, and they are also provided with lunch and ice-cream.

While their children are entertained in specially designed children animation programme, parents can enjoy rich sport and entertainment programme that Valamar animation team has prepared for them. The whole-day animation consists of a lot of sport and recreation activities that take place in outdoor pools for adults and children, on surrounding playgrounds, beaches and in the sea. One can enjoy fitness, aerobics, beach volleyball, table tennis, mini golf, cycling and canoeing. For those who decide to spend the night in hotel, animators organize a variety of entertainment activities, such as dancing to live music, folklore shows and similar entertainment programmes.

The city of Porec and surroundings also offer a variety of rich cultural, entertainment and gastronomic attractions that should be explored. There are a lot of trips to the inland of Istria, such as visiting unique medieval towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Buzet and others, exploring wine roads, truffle search, asparagus picking… The visits to Limski kanal, the only fiord in the Adriatic Sea, and to the National Park in the Brijuni archipelago are also impressive. And magical Venice is just two and half hours by catamaran away from Porec…
