Facilities of Valamar Group continues with getting awards and acknowledgments. At this year’s Croatian Tourism Days, held from 22 to 24 October,2008 in Opatija, and organised by the Ministry of Tourism, Valamar won total of three awards.

As well as last year, in competition Tourism Flower – Quality for Croatia 2008, carried out by Croatian Radiotelevision in co-organisation with Croatian Chamber of Economy, Dubrovnik President was ranked the second in category of 4* hotel s in Croatia, and hotel Valamar Diamant won third place. In the same competition, Riviera Pore? received recognition for achievements in offering of sports-recreational activities.

Tea Pestotnik, manager Valamar Diamant  commented the prize: „This is a recognition to all employees of the hotel, because we proved our permanent quality and successful operation for the fourth time. Since 2005 we have been receiving acknowledgments for quality of services rendered, and we are doing our best to be at the same level or better than competition. Our gastronomic offer follows the world gastronomic trends and our wellness offer is developed to world standards. We receive acknowledgments from our guests every day, and the guest is the most important for us and we will make any efforts to make our guests satisfied in our hotel and to come back.“
