31st World Medical and Health Games in Porec

The town of Porec will be the host to the 31st World Medicinal and Health Games which will take place from 3 to 10 July. All members of the medical and health professions are welcome. This will be a unique opportunity for all participants to try their favourite sport, regardless of the results. Whether you are a general practitioner, a surgeon, a dentist, a pharmacist, a vet, a nurse, etc., “Medigames” are the perfect choice for you! This is a special and quite an interesting manifestation for all those who would like to compete with their colleagues from all around the world.
Over 2000 participants from 40 countries will be staying at the Valamar’s facilities in Porec. They will have 23 different sports to choose from during the eight days as the manifestation takes place. Both the beginning and the end of the manifestation will be marked with a grand celebration and every day of the games will consist of a whole-day programme.
The sports the participants will have the opportunity to compete in are the following: athletics, badminton, basketball, beach volleyball, cycling, chess, fencing, football, golf, judo, swimming, squash, tennis, table tennis, triathlon, volleyball, mountain biking, Olympic games, clay pigeon shooting, etc.
The first three participants in every single sport will be awarded the gold, silver and bronze medal. Fair play and competitive, friendly spirit are the keys to success of the 31st World Medicinal and Health Games!
