Wine and Gastronomy Festival Dubrovnik 2012

On 14 and 15 March Dubrovnik will host a two-day educational and exhibition event “Wine and Gastronomy Festival Dubrovnik 2012″. The festival is being held for a third year running, but for the first time the venue is Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik Hotel.
During the two days manufacturers of autochthonous products and members of the catering industry will present traditional products of the city and the county. The exchange of these experiences and innovations will enrich the gastronomic knowledge of the catering professionals with the purpose of promoting our region and improving the quality of products and services.
During the Festival various exhibitions, expert and educational workshops will take place, as well as presentations of gastronomic offer (delicacies, wines and oils) in cooperation with prominent experts from the world of gastronomy.
All participants and visitors will have the possibility to taste wines, autochthonous dishes, oils and other products typical for our region.
