Dubrovnik

Clear sea, beautiful coast, the Mediterranean as it used to be, that is how the foreigners, who like to visit the Adriatic Sea, see Croatia. More and more internationally known jet-setters, business people and stars searching for peace and an ideal holiday have been choosing our country over the past years. Some of the most recent examples are Giorgio Armani, Bernie Ecclestone, Bill Gates, Irina Ambramovic, etc.

The Italian fashion designer made his long-standing wish come true and who knows, maybe he will find inspiration for a new collection here. Together with his associates, Armani cast anchor of a luxurious 65-meter yacht in front of the historical heart of Dubrovnik, next to the island of Lokrum, several days ago.

The first man of Formula 1 also arrived to Dubrovnik, on his yacht Petra which is anchored next to the island of Lokrum as well. Despite his divorce from wife Slavica and the fact that he can choose any destination he wants, he remained faithful to Dalmatia and proved that he has become fond of Croatia.

A luxurious yacht is also owned by a lady who spent the first days of July at the sea as well. The impressive, 92 meters long mega yacht adorned the Zadar aquatory and it was Irina Abramovic, Russian multimillionaire Roman Abramovic’s ex wife, who spent her holiday on it. Bill Gates, who definitely likes our country, visited Croatia with his family for the second year in a row as well, and this is probably not the last time that he is staying here.

Pamela Anderson, an American actress and starlet who is currently on business in the neighbouring country, is expected to arrive to Dubrovnik on her yacht these days as well and join the long list of international celebrities who had the opportunity of taking a walk in Dubrovnik and who were, naturally, thrilled with it.
