The fourth Le Petit Festival du Theatre was held in Dubrovnik between 2 and 6 September 2008 under the organization of the Theaters “Marin Drzic and Vinko Prizmic.

The festival opened at the Theater “Marin Drzic” with an exhibition by the artist Barbara Medo, who lives in Amsterdam. After the exhibition there was a concert with the French composition, “Les Folles de Leon”, followed by a video dance performance entitled “She Dervish”, in which Valentina Lacmanovic and Amir Grabus performed.

The festival was again visited by the well-known Madame Xaviera Hallander, who attended a showing on the beach in Brsecin of the film, “Xaviera Hollander, the Happy Hooker: Portrait of a Sexual Revolutionary,” which has won several film awards.
 
The new feature of this year’s festival was the children’s matinee. The festival concluded with a concert by the singer, musician and actress Maria Tecca. This was preceded a day earlier by a masked ball. Specifically, the festival organizers made — as they called it — a mobile exhibit of a hundred masks that their friends and guests wore. Among the masks were those of world famous personalities – musicians and actors like Marlon Brando, Uma Thurman, Greta Garbo, etc.

During the five-day multi-media festival the residents of Dubrovnik had the chance to several interesting musical, artistic and drama programs, staged by artists from Croatia, Europe and the United States.
